Overview:\u00a0<\/strong>All our products\u00a0are designed with love, care, and attention to detail right here in our studio. Small orders<\/strong> – under 50 – for\u00a0note cards,<\/a>\u00a0gift card holders<\/a> and drop-in cards<\/a>\u00a0can be\u00a0printed, cut, scored, and folded by hand in our studio.\u00a0Larger orders<\/strong>\u00a0– (51+) – can also be created here in our studio, but you have the option to lower the cost per card by having us use a commercial printer.<\/em><\/p>\n

One envelope is provided for each card we print. Downloadable files<\/a> do not include an envelope.<\/em><\/p>\n

Downloaded PDF files cards and printed products are not returnable.<\/p>\n

Printing Larger Orders\/Volume Orders:<\/strong>\u00a0A\u00a0cost effective option<\/em>\u00a0is to have your larger orders\u00a0printed commercially. We work with a\u00a0commercial printing company who can print and ship your order directly to you. Using a commercial\u00a0printer also gives you more options:\u00a0different types of paper, edge to edge printing (no borders on note cards), as well as different paper coatings and a faster turn around time.\u00a0Contact us for estimates<\/a>!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Personalized\u00a0Orders:\u00a0<\/strong>Information for the backs of your cards will be\u00a0copied <\/em><\/strong>directly from the form you submit with your order.\u00a0We cannot be held\u00a0responsible for inaccurate information on your form.\u00a0<\/em>Please proof-read your text before sending\u00a0your order. If you find that\u00a0you have made an error,\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>please contact us with the corrected information as soon as possible.\u00a0We will reprint your cards with the correct information at the original cost per card. But, we will ship them back to you at no charge,\u00a0after all, everyone makes mistakes! If\u00a0we did something incorrectly<\/strong>,<\/em>\u00a0we will reprint your cards and send them back to you at no charge.<\/p>\n

Shipping:\u00a0<\/strong>All orders are sent USPS.\u00a0Orders at this time are only available for delivery within the US<\/em>. Cards will be printed and sent within 4-5 business days, though\u00a0commercial printing may be 2 or 3 days<\/em>. If you need the cards sooner, please contact us or leave a note on the order form, and we will get back to you with a completion date and any new shipping information.\u00a0If you would like a different shipping method,<\/em>\u00a0please contact us. In addition, leave a note on your order form and we will get back to you ASAP.<\/p>\n

Privacy:\u00a0<\/strong>We value privacy. We will not share any information or logo artwork you provide\u00a0to us, they will be held for repeat orders unless otherwise directed.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Using Artwork or Logos on The Back<\/h2>\n<\/div>

Artwork or Logo added to Back:<\/strong>
\nDue to copyright restrictions, you must OWN or have written permission from the copyright holder to use artwork or a logo on your cards.<\/p>\n

If you have an artist\u2019s permission to use artwork on the back, we require a printed letter sent to us from the copyright owner. \u00a0If you have permission to use another company\u2019s logo<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0on the back, we require a printed letter from the copyright owner (the artist or the company, whomever owns the logo).<\/p>\n

If you have a file do not know who the\u00a0copyright holder is or cannot find them, we will\u00a0not<\/em>\u00a0print the artwork. Files downloaded from Google images,\u00a0from someone’s website or social media will not be accepted.\u00a0Our suggestion is to find someone who can create original artwork for you.\u00a0You can even ask us<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013we will create original artwork for you.\u00a0<\/b>Or find a local\u00a0artist; there are many, many fantastic artists who may be able to create exactly what you’re looking for!<\/p>\n<\/div>

Volume Orders<\/h2>\n<\/div>

Volume Orders – 51+ and up:\u00a0<\/strong>If you are interested in a large volume order, please\u00a0contact us<\/a>\u00a0with the card name or names, and the quantity for each\u00a0card,\u00a0gift card holder or drop in card. We will provide a printing estimate, shipping costs and a delivery date.<\/p>\n<\/div>
