The Start of Something New!

Like a lot of people I know and have been working with have Facebook pages. One of the new “features” on Facebook is their Timeline, which is replacing everyone’s old profile page.

Did you know you can set an image to be the large cover image?

I’ve seen a number of people creating custom background images for others to use as their cover image or they have been posting files that people can download and use as a background to create their own custom background image.

The vast majority of files I’ve seen have individual frames positioned on the cover image where you can add family photos or wedding photos which are really wonderful.

But I thought I’d take a bit of a different path and create some custom cover images that don’t require that you add photos, but have open areas where you can if you like, but how you add and style them is up to you!

This is one of my first! This is my antique spittoon with some textures and french script text by Leslie Nichole of French Kiss Textures.

If you are interested in using the image – you can, but I did of course add my web site address, please do not claim the background image as your own – i.e. please do not remove the web address.
